The original Century 21 Roby and Wigginton was established in 1978 and purchased in 1996 by Lou Ann Moore. The name changed to Century 21 Advantage Plus and moved to the current location at 179 S. Buckman Street as the only franchised real estate company in Shepherdsville.
In 2004, rapid growth and an aggressive marketing strategy brought together a merger between three of the top companies in Bullitt County. Hometown Advantage and Century 21 Neighbors joined the Century 21 Advantage Plus family and we opened a second office that is currently located at 10367 E. Highway 44 in Mt. Washington.
